I make mistakes!

Because I don’t have any experience of being stuck at one thing, I try new things, I learn and I make mistakes again but not the same one, people who don’t make mistakes never grow, for me obstacle is the way to success. I can be best defined by the air of simplicity around me. Walk into a room full of youngster & you’ll Spot me- dynamic, thinking cap of the group, action-oriented and driven by the desire to be admitted. I have always been a risk-taker. Though I loved to be in the limelight, my personality puts me across as a very hard working person, I believe in setting trends by efficiency & effectiveness of work. I am a very ambitious person and I set targets for myself which are difficult yet attainable. I always strive to work hard and attain the targets set by me. If I successfully do attain them, I gain more confidence in my abilities but if I fail to achieve them, I do not lose hope and work even harder the next time. My core competencies, therefore, are: will to work hard, a never-say-die attitude, immense confidence in myself and the desire to keep learning more. It often happens that the very best of our capabilities and inner strengths are tested and brought to light when we willingly take on challenges. Ever since my childhood, I was taught that whenever a problem arises towards achieving a goal, I have two clear choices – to back out of goal-plans or to take it on as a challenge, solve it and seize the opportunity to be in charge of my destiny. I have always chosen the latter.


In my school days I was not good at academics but actively participated in all the activities. I participated in many inter-school competitions. After my matriculation, I chose the Bio-Science stream for my bachelor's and business administration for higher studies. Choosing business administration as my masters' was the path to reach my ambition. I was
always interested in business ventures and I always dreamed about starting a new enterprise of my own. The post-graduation in business management helps me to understand the business aspects. Where I found out the real picture of the management world. During my master's I started working in the field of Business innovation and launched two pilot projects Vegi @ Door and Feed 2 Fit in F&B Sector.

I have worked with people from various verticals of various industries, which gave me experience and exposure to sectors like International Client Relationship Management, Business Development (B2B/B2C), Educational & IT Sales, Vendor Management, IT-Recruitment, US-Staffing, Sales, Marketing & Market Research.

I’m thrilled to invite you to explore my work, skills and professional experience, and get to know a bit more about me. A born go-getter. I give 100% to every new project I take on. It’s my firm belief that a good challenge is a great way to develop and improve, which is why I make a point of seeking out challenges in the professional realm as well as in my personal life. Professional History

MY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The following is a list of my experiences as a professional in my field. Here you will find a showcase of each of these roles. They were all unique and contributed to both my personal and professional development. In addition to these positions, I’ve also launched a few endeavors of my own, which you can read about below. Shiv Shiksha Samiti Ranoli                            Project Manager                                       May 2018 to March 2021

Project Summary: Feminist Adolescent & Youth Led Action (FAYA) Oriented Project circled around Sexual and Reproductive health Rights. This program was implemented for effective sex education that will build an informed young generation; able to take full advantage of information and services to control their holistic health. This project was funded by CIFF and executed by PFI, YP and SSSR. This project has covered 100+ villages of Tonk and Bundi district of Rajasthan and directly intervened 6000+ adolescents.

Tasks Undertook:

Planning

• Planning of all the activities at the field level as per approved work plan

• Weekly/monthly progress review of the team on planned activities

• Delegation of duties to all field staff Coordinators, Facilitators of each planned activity and supervising the execution of planned activities in the field area

• Plan and coordinate the training sessions for the flied staff with the training partners.

Reporting

• Ensure submission of monthly and quarterly (MIS, Narrative, Financial and activity) reports mainly through a dedicated Mobile/Web application in Realtime

• Compile and submit monthly progress update narrative on every month and quarterly progress update/half yearly progress report after validation and analysis at the end of the quarter to the partner/donor organization

• Document case studies, media reports (News-paper articles, social media), Best practice reports

Intervention

• Facilitating each and every activity of the project and ensure its proper implementation at the field level.

• Visiting villages where activities are planned to ensure its proper implementation by the staff.

• Conduct review meetings in the office and get feedback on all the activities.

• Coordinate and liaise with government officials and other stakeholders related to the project.

Monitoring

• Tracking the progress of the project through Gantt-charts and web based dedicated tool of FAYA.

• Organizing monthly/weekly progress meetings in the organization and giving feedback on the same.

• Sharing the progress of the project with SSSR and the partner organization

Liaoning and advocacy

• Liaoning and advocacy with district and block level government officials, public institutions, local/state level media and other stakeholders. • Organized Advocacy campaigns and contributed in other govt. committees like DHS, BBBP etc.’s ongoing projects.

• Sharing the progress and achievements of the project with government official and identifying the gaps at the field level.

SSISM, Sandpaper (Run by an NGO)                                      TPO/Management Lecturer                            3+ years(2014-18)

• Planned and executed the training sessions for students for soft skill enhancement

• Invited the top firms of various industries for talent acquisition

• Maintain the mutually beneficial relations with industries

• Planned the marketing strategy for the institute for efficient cash inflow & quality intake

• Motivated students to score high in E’ship, OB, CB, Marketing Management & HRM by discussing various real time cash studies

 

Projects at SSISM, Sandalpur

LetzChange- By Give India

• Lead the fundraising campaign for the organization and contributed significantly to win the challenge

• Handled a dedicated team of 10 students to execute the LetzChange

Aim For Seva

• Trained the students and staff member for soft skills and adult education

• Taught Aim for Seva students so they can score high in exams

• Guided them for various institute where they can get education at nominal charges

Goonj

• Coordinated a project supported by Goonj

• Distributed the educational and recreational toys with needy one provided by Goonj with the help of local  Aganwadi centers and VLCPC

• Prepared detailed report of distributed stuff and shared with Goonj team

Rang De

• Helped 300 + poor students to avail the scholarship from Rang De

• Guide them throughout the process and make them aware of the value of the support

• Fund Raising activities through various campaigns

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements

  • On-going training of hiring managers on program and policies, requisition entry, candidate review and contractor time approval in the VMS

  • Work closely with Human Resources, Legal and Corporate Security, to ensure contractor compliance with corporate policies and procedures

  • Daily responsibilities include contractor and supplier relations, setting-up new suppliers, coordinating candidate submittals and interviews

  • Bill Rate negotiation, coordination and verification of drug and background checks, all other contractor "on boarding" responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation and presentation of monthly/quarterly program reports to client and corporate management.

  • Answer supplier questions, monitor supplier and contractor activities.

  • Works directly with client managers to facilitate staff augmentation need and all related transactions.

  • Working closely with management to prepare job descriptions and requisitions for all positions.

  • Reviews resumes, conducts phone screens, and submits candidates to hiring manager for review.

  • Coordinates all interviews with candidate, supplier and hiring manager.

  • Provides feedback to supplier on candidate during entire hiring process.

Aloft Consulting/ Workway Inc.                                  Client Coordinator-Finance                                     March’21 to Nov’21

  • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

  • Perform day End-to-End financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data.

  • Prepare bills and invoices.

  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.

  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.

  • Generate financial statements and reports i.e. Weekly Revenue Report, Sales Summery, AR Ageing etc. detailing accounts receivable status

There are so many people in the world who never have the opportunity to pursue the career they love. I’m not one of them. I love what I do and since starting my career in, I’m thrilled to say that I’ve learned from so many trained professionals in my field. I know that I still have so much to learn from others. I’m a hard worker, a team player and excited to see what projects could benefit from my unique skill set.

Food is the most abused anxiety drug. Exercise is the most underutilized antidepressant. Recently I realized that reading keeps me mentally fit and I need to put a little more effort into physical fitness.
